Starship Battle update Ver. 0.8.0

Bigger Update!
Notes:
- The way Scout and Heavy shoot have been majorly altered
- The way UI interacts with controllers has been streamlined a bit
- A High Score will now be saved and displayed on the End Screen

Both the Scout and Heavy starships now shoot 2 projectiles (still only counted as one shot though). The scout Shoots 2 bullets to the front with big deviation, up close it's gonna be hellfire. The Heavy shoots 1 bullet to the front with no deviation and 1 to the back with slight random deviation, be sure not to cross paths with it.
