Starship Battle update Ver. 0.7.0

Patch notes:
- added scores
- added a high score system

New Update!
This is mostly just a small visual thing, but it took a lot to get it. I added high scrores!
They are not online, but locally stored, like everything in this game.

The reason why it's a big deal (to me at least) is because this is the first time i have worked with save files.
Save files have always been a daunting thing for me, but now that i've worked with them i think it's a bit more manageable.
